MARV is the little guy who stands on your shoulder and tells you that all your creative ideas are horrible and that no one would ever want to hear or see them.
MARV does not get a seat in any Kaser Arts classes! We've built a culture where students and staff feel free and safe to take creative risks, share their art, and embrace vulnerability. Kaser Arts is a MARV-free zone.
3. Keep It Real
Honesty, transparency, and radical candor! We say what we mean, own our mistakes, and grow together. We’re a team that helps each other out and isn’t afraid to pivot when something’s not working.
We give honest feedback, to our students and to each other: because sugarcoating doesn’t help anyone grow. We tell the truth with kindness and clarity, always aiming to build people up, not tear them down.
4. Infectious Passion
We show up stoked. We teach because we love it, we create because we can’t not, and we want that passion to spread. On stage, in the classroom, and at our staff meetings, our passion is visible and contagious.
