Theatre Set Design & Production
This course provides an excellent opportunity to study the arts and crafts used in the theatre industry. Students who take this class will dive into the magic of backstage, allowing them to join in on the fun of theatre without requiring them to perform onstage. They will explore the disciplines of technical theatre, including scenic and props design, audio, lighting, costume, and makeup design. Additionally, they will get the opportunity to put their skills to work on each semester’s performing arts productions. Students who take this course become well-rounded artists, not to mention great communicators and collaborators.
