In this Digital Photography class, students learn the fundamental techniques and practices of photography. Throughout the course we dive into specific fields of photography such as product, still life, portraiture, landscape, architecture, abstract, and action. Students refine their skills through projects designed to mimic real world applications. Together we talk through numerous photography career paths and upon successful completion of this course, students have a portfolio full of their own work designed to showcase their photographic skill and knowledge of shutter speeds, aperture settings, depth of field, and studio/natural lighting.
